The Role Mach Energetics is seeking a Procurement Specialist to support the sourcing and purchasing of materials, components, and services across programs. You will work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure critical hardware and equipment are delivered on schedule and in support of company priorities. This role manages purchase orders, vendor coordination, supplier communication, and procurement tracking while helping maintain efficient and organized purchasing operations. Key Responsibilities - Source materials, components, and services in support of engineering, manufacturing, and operational programs. - Create and manage purchase orders, supplier communication, and procurement tracking systems. - Coordinate with internal teams to support production schedules and material requirements. - Monitor supplier performance, lead times, and delivery schedules. - Support vendor onboarding, quote requests, and pricing comparisons. - Maintain organized purchasing records, documentation, and procurement data.
