The Role Own and drive a world-class EHS and Facilities function that ensures every site we operate is safe, compliant, and optimized for high-velocity production. This role is accountable for environmental health, safety, and facility performance across the full lifecycle-from site buildout and infrastructure design to daily operations and global scale-up-and is responsible for building the systems, standards, and culture required to enable rapid iteration without compromising safety or reliability. Key Responsibilities - Lead all aspects of EHS and Facilities across: - Environmental Health & Safety (workplace safety, regulatory compliance, risk mitigation) - Facilities Engineering (infrastructure design, maintenance, and uptime) - Industrial Hygiene & Environmental Programs (hazardous materials, air/water/waste compliance) - Site Operations (utilities, layout, capacity, and production support systems) - Establish a single, unified EHS and Facilities operating system
