The Role Mach Industries is seeking a Lead Build Engineer focused on Avionics to drive the successful development, integration, manufacturing, and scaling of avionics systems across our unmanned platforms. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, production, supply chain, and test. You will own the execution of avionics hardware from initial design release through production deployment, ensuring designs are manufacturable, testable, reliable, and capable of scaling to volume production. The ideal candidate combines strong electrical systems knowledge with hands-on hardware integration experience and a passion for building products in a fast-paced development environment.
