The Role Mach Energetics is seeking a Junior Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations and financial reporting activities across the organization. This role will work closely with the Finance Director and broader operations team to maintain accurate financial records, support internal reporting, and assist with accounting processes that enable efficient business operations. Key Responsibilities - Maintain and enter financial data within QuickBooks and internal accounting systems. - Support accounts payable processes including invoice review, coding, and vendor coordination. - Assist with account reconciliations, expense reporting, and transaction verification. - Prepare and maintain organized financial records and supporting documentation. - Support monthly and quarterly financial reporting activities. - Assist with journal entries and financial data reviews under the guidance of the Finance Director. - Track project costs, labor charges, and program-related financial activity. - Generate reports
