The Role Mach is seeking a highly organized Final Integration Technician to join our team.. You will be involved in building mission-critical components for defense systems, contributing to advanced technologies that support national security. Our team is made up of talented, hardworking individuals who thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities - Build a variety of pilot and pre-production assemblies using Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) for mission-critical components, including high-voltage power systems and complex electromechanical assemblies. - Work independently on assigned projects while remaining flexible to daily task changes. - Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the work area, utilizing 5S best practices, and adhere to the firm's safety protocols. - Run line trials for new products and processes, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet production deliverables. - Provide feedback
