The Role Mach Energetics is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee the operation and maintenance of company facilities, equipment, and supporting infrastructure. You will ensure buildings, workspaces, utilities, and operational areas remain safe and fully functional. This role manages facility repairs, preventative maintenance programs, subcontractors, company vehicles, and operational inspections while maintaining compliance records, permits, and maintenance documentation. Key Responsibilities - Oversee the operation, maintenance, and improvement of company facilities and supporting infrastructure. - Manage preventative maintenance programs for buildings, equipment, utilities, and operational systems. - Coordinate facility repairs, renovations, and construction projects. - Manage contractors, vendors, and service providers to ensure quality, cost, and schedule objectives are met. - Monitor facility systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and other critical infrastructure. - Maintain permits and compliance records required for facility operations. - Conduct
