The Role Mach's Fall 2026 - Engineering Co-op is open for future engineers and builders who want to work with us. Depending on your background and team placement, you might work on: - Autonomous systems - guidance, control, and navigation software for unmanned platforms - Embedded firmware and real-time software for flight and drive systems - Mechanical and structural design, manufacturing, and test of hardware components - Propulsion, energetics, or systems integration for new defense platforms - Tools, infrastructure, and simulations that accelerate engineering velocity What We're Looking For - Enrollment in a BS, MS, or PhD program in mechanical, aerospace, electrical, computer science, or a related engineering discipline - Intellectual curiosity and the drive to own problems end-to-end - Genuine interest in defense technology, national security, or the future
