The Role We are seeking an Avionics Technician to support avionics manufacturing and integration in our Huntington Beach facility. You will build wire harnesses, assemble and test avionics subassemblies, and support integration into our final UAS products. This role requires strong electrical workmanship, attention to detail, and comfort working in a fast-paced, documentation-controlled environment. Key Responsibilities - Fabricate wire harnesses (cut/strip, crimp, terminate, label, lace/overbraid as required) to workmanship standards - Solder and rework electronic assemblies as needed, including PCBAs and connector terminations - Modify and integrate COTS components per engineering instructions - Read and execute work from controlled documentation (work instructions, drawings, schematics) with revision discipline - Record build steps, inspection results, and traceability in the manufacturing execution system (MES) - Flash/load and verify correct software/firmware configurations; document results - Assemble, troubleshoot,
