About the Role Lyra is looking for a senior director of accounting for international reporting directly to the corporate controller, to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for overseeing our international accounting results. A strong foundation in accounting and experience managing a team at a multinational company is necessary for the role as the company will look to this role for guidance and support of critical accounting deliverables. An ideal candidate will have a track record of successfully operating in dynamic environments and should be comfortable with international accounting issues, acquisitions and working cross-functionally to resolve issues. The candidate should also be flexible and adaptable as priorities change and should also be willing to adapt working hours to accommodate time zone differences. Some travel will be required.
