The core function involves developing infrastructure-as-code using Terraform and GitHub Actions, with a specific emphasis on integrating these workflows bidirectionally with ServiceNow. Additionally, the position is responsible for defining emerging AI-Ops patterns and managing automation standards in partnership with a third-party operations
