Product Manager, Risk Tech - Claims Toronto, Canada At Lyft, our purpose is to serve and connect. Product management at Lyft leads the integration of engineering, data science, and design to achieve the company's vision for reinventing transportation. As the Product Manager for Risk Tech - Claims, you'll be thinking about our overall Claims experience. You will be assessing and creating the products around how to report an accident, how to update our internal records, work with external insurance partners and get the driver back on the road. Given Insurance is Lyft's largest variable cost, we are looking for someone who can think about a multi billion P&L and influence leadership. Finally, Lyft is partnering with industry leading Insurance carriers and technology providers, and the Product Manager is expected to drive meaningful strategic conversations that would shape the long term structure of our Insurance program. Responsibilities: - Lead the long-term vision, strategy, and product execution for the end to end claims process. - Integrate the latest ML, AI, and LLM tools into the overall process utilizing our large claims and telematics datasets to drive improvements for both accuracy and speed. - Focus
