The Lean Systems Coach will report to the Lean Systems Manager and will be responsible for supporting the development & implementation of the Lucid Production System's lean manufacturing programs. This includes taking a hands-on, on-the-shop floor role in driving Lean manufacturing culture, continuous improvement, cost optimization, Problem Solving, standardization, cost optimization & other tools.
