The Deputy Manager - Production Planning & Control functio n drives effective coordination between multiple stakeholders including sales, manufacturing, logistics, finance, procure ment, government affairs etc. and carefully develops strategic production plan and forecast to satisfy the needs of lucid customers , maximize plant assets utilization, maximize plant revenue , critically balance all local governmental labor law requirements and ensure zero do wn time and loss of production capacity.
