Position Title : Senior Manager, Social Strategy Location : US - Remote Reports to: VP of PR / Social About the role LTK is seeking a Senior Manager, Social Strategy to lead the strategy for LTK's social presence across organic, owned, and paid social channels. This role will help shape how LTK shows up across platforms, ensuring our content is clear, relevant, culturally aware, and aligned to the audiences we need to reach, including consumers, creators, brand partners, media, and the broader creator economy. This person will oversee social strategy across LTK's consumer-facing and corporate channels, translating company priorities, product launches, brand narratives, creator stories, and cultural moments into platform-right social strategies and content approaches. The ideal candidate understands the social landscape deeply and knows how to build strategies that help brands stand out across different platforms, audiences, and business objectives. They can connect big-picture messaging to day-to-day editorial planning, understand how organic content builds brand relevance, and know how paid social can be used to extend reach, drive awareness, support launches, and amplify the right stories.
