Position Title : Data Analyst Location: US-Remote About the role The Insights & Analytics team at LTK is a core driver of how the company makes decisions. As a Data Analyst, you will support senior analysts and business leaders across Product, Finance, and Operations, helping them make better decisions through clear, actionable insights. You will write SQL, build dashboards, and run analyses that directly influence how we grow revenue, improve retention, and improve the experience for creators, brands, and shoppers across our three-sided marketplace. How you will make an impact Business impact & ownership - Support analytics for specific product or business areas with clear linkage to outcomes such as revenue growth, retention, monetization, and cost efficiency. - Partner with senior analysts and stakeholders to frame questions, define success metrics, and translate business problems into analytical plans. - Prepare recurring performance views and ad hoc deep dives that highlight what is happening, why it's happening, and what to do next. - Use data to make compelling, evidence-based recommendations that help leaders make confident decisions.
