In this role, you will design and deliver end‑to‑end Salesforce solutions across Revenue Cloud (CPQ and Billing), Field Service, and Experience Cloud (Customer Community) that power scalable revenue operations and exceptional customer experience. You will drive full‑lifecycle implementations - from discovery and solution design through configuration, custom development, data migration, testing, and go‑live-while partnering closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and administrators. Your work will translate complex requirements into high‑quality, well‑tested solutions that accelerate sales performance, improve field service efficiency, and enable intuitive customer self‑service. This hybrid role is based in our Wilmington office, with a requirement to be onsite 2-3 days per week.
