This is a high-impact, onsite role responsible for ensuring operational success, validating system performance, and acting as a key liaison between Customer Success, Product, Sales, and Engineering as Array evolves from Alpha to Beta and into General Availability. This role is based onsite at a customer location in Columbus, OH and requires daily presence Monday through Friday from 12PM-8:30PM ET.
