ABOUT THE ROLE The Inside Sales Administrator is responsible for the travel agency, wholesale, onboard and international sales channels to provide support through travel advisor support and service. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES · Provide administrative support for travel agencies, wholesalers, and international travel partners. · Provide inbound and outbound phone and email support for travel advisors seeking sales direction for new inquiries, existing reservations, and customer service assistance. · Provide travel advisors with promotional materials & collateral as requested. · Handle travel advisor escalations and liaison with the relevant departments to resolve. · Provide commission reconciliation support. · Manage records, cases and communication via Salesforce pertaining to new and existing advisors and agencies. · Assist with all travel advisor educational travel requests. · Maintain and update travel agency database in Salesforce, Seaware, and advisor training platform. · Provide administrative support for the sales department by submitting client invoices as needed. · Maintain a friendly and outgoing disposition, assisting
