About this role
Senior Specialist / Manager, Boomi Developer, Business Systems Cambridge, MA USA Your Impact at LILA Lila is hiring a Boomi Developer to design, build, and support integrations that power our core business systems. You'll own end-to-end integration delivery in Boomi AtomSphere-from requirements and mapping through deployment, monitoring, and ongoing support-partnering closely with Finance, People Ops, IT, and GTM stakeholders. Experience with procure-to-pay (P2P) and onboarding/offboarding workflows is a strong plus. What You'll Be Building - Design, develop, and maintain Boomi AtomSphere integrations (processes/atoms, APIs, schedules, connectors) across ERP, HCM, IAM, CRM, ITSM, and data platforms. - Translate business requirements into scalable integration designs and data mappings (JSON, XML, CSV, EDI). - Build resilient error handling, retries, and alerting; ensure observability and clear runbooks for L1/L2/L3 support. - Manage Boomi MDH to support Data Quality and Source Data integrity - Implement and manage REST/SOAP APIs , webhooks, and event-driven patterns where appropriate. - Optimize existing integrations for performance, reliability, and cost; deprecate legacy jobs safely. - Manage CI/CD, environment promotion, and release governance for integration assets. - Ensure data quality, security, and compliance (PII handling, least privilege, audit readiness). - Partner with stakeholders to prioritize a roadmap; provide estimates, status, and documentation. - Provide production support within defined SLAs , including incident response and root-cause analysis. - Contribute to standards, templates, and best practices for integration development at Lila. What You'll Need to Succeed - 3-5 years in integrations/iPaaS, including 2+ years hands-on with Boomi AtomSphere . - Proficiency with API
