Payroll & Benefits Manager Job Description: What This Role Is All About Likewize is searching for a Payroll & Benefits Manager to join us onsite at our global headquarters in Southlake, Texas. In this role, you'll own end‑to‑end U.S. and Canada payroll while supporting seamless and compliant experiences for both benefits and immigration. You'll be our go‑to ADP Workforce Now expert, partnering closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure everything runs smoothly. From open enrollment support to statutory filings, you'll help keep complex processes feeling effortless. You'll also lead payroll improvements and system enhancements, always looking for smarter ways to work. Your Key Areas of Focus Payroll Manage end-to-end U.S. and Canada payroll processing in ADP Workforce Now, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance. Review and reconcile payroll data, including timecards, time-off entries, off-cycle payments, garnishments, and year-end reporting. Partner with Accounting, Treasury, and ADP to ensure accurate taxation, funding, and general ledger alignment. Support benefits-related payroll activities, including open enrollment testing and earnings/deduction setup. Serve as the primary point of contact for payroll inquiries and issue resolution. Lead payroll projects and continuous process improvements, adapting quickly and driving tasks to completion. Benefits Administer employee benefit programs in compliance with plan provisions and regulatory requirements. Provide guidance to employees, managers, and HR partners on eligibility, coverage, and benefits-related issues.
