The Plumbing Technician handles a wide range of plumbing and routine maintenance tasks and possesses a thorough understanding of related Local Code requirements. In addition, the Plumbing Technician conducts other miscellaneous preventive and reactive maintenance activities on commercial and residential properties within our portfolio. This position is based 100% of the time in the field, driving from property to property throughout the day. · *****Sign on Bonus of $2,500 **** Quarterly Bonus!
