What Drives Success Under direct supervision, the person in this position works in a variety of manufacturing jobs as needed. Interprets basic wiring diagrams, pictorials, wiring schematics, written and verbal instructions to assemble electrical components and units in a production environment. Places components in electric box or unit in accordance with provided documentation. Reconciles pick list to work order and kit parts. What We Are Looking For Requires a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Able to identify electrical components. Developing ability to read and interpret basic electrical diagrams and components. Developing skills with wire gauges, electrical connectors, terminals, tape measure, squares, hand tools and electrical tools. Frequently moves and positions equipment up to 50 pounds.
