What Drives Success As a Lead UX Designer , you will be a design expert shaping the user experience for our digital products while driving strategic initiatives. You will lead high-priority, complex projects from concept to execution, working closely with cross-functional teams to create intuitive, high-quality designs. Be a key hands-on design contributor, actively working in Figma to create high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and interaction designs that align with business and user needs. Create visually stunning, brand-aligned interfaces with meticulous attention to detail. Set the standard for craft and quality in UI design, mentoring peers through example and critique. Own and execute end-to-end UX design processes, from research and discovery through to final execution, ensuring thoughtful, scalable solutions.
