What Drives Success The AI Business Excellence Principal is a newly created, highly visible role designed to accelerate ideation and the adoption and deployment of Artificial Intelligence across the Home Comfort Solutions division. Acting as the primary bridge between AI IT COE (Corporate IT function) and our divisional business units, this role will function as an internal thought leader, consultant, super-user, and deployment specialist. While Corporate IT maintains governance, project execution and security, and underlying infrastructure, this role is entirely focused on business agility: identifying operational bottlenecks, developing practical AI solutions, training our teams, and driving immediate value in day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is not a software engineer, but a business-minded thought leader and a change agent who understands how to apply AI to commercial, financial, and manufacturing workflow
