About this role

UK Risk and Compliance Manager UK, Remote, United Kingdom We're looking for a Risk and Compliance Lead to help us build and maintain a best-in-class risk and compliance function as Lemonade grows in the UK and across Europe. This isn't a checkbox role. You'll work at the centre of how we manage regulatory relationships, shape internal risk frameworks, and advise teams across the business on what it means to operate responsibly in a fast-moving, AI-powered insurance company. You'll report into our EU Compliance and Risk management function holder and have real ownership of the UK Risk and Compliance operation from day one. In this role you'll: - Work closely with UK Branch Management and senior leaders across the Lemonade Group to keep compliance embedded in how we operate - Design and implement UK-specific policies, processes, and procedures - Maintain and evolve Lemonade's UK Risk Management and Internal Control Framework - Monitor, assess, and report on compliance and risk to support the function holder - Manage UK regulatory expectations, reporting obligations, and legislative change tracking
