THE ROLE We are seeking a Growth Manager, based in the USA to act as a key driver of LemFi's expansion across African communities in the United States. This role will be instrumental in launching new markets, accelerating user acquisition, and building strong community and partnership networks to fuel sustainable growth. The role will involve significant travel to event across the USA, representing Lemfi at Nigerian community events, signing up new users, arranging sponsorship opportunities and networking with Nigerian communities across the country. Joining LemFi at a critical phase of international expansion, you will operate as an entrepreneurial self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments, takes calculated risks, and executes with speed and precision.
