The Role As an Accountant at LemFi, you will own core accounting activities within a lean, high-performing Finance team during a period of rapid global growth. Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will be responsible for producing accurate, reliable financial outputs while actively identifying and fixing gaps in how things are done. This is a hands-on role for someone early in their career who is sharp, curious, and genuinely wants to grow. You won't be managed tightly or told exactly what to do you'll have real ownership, direct exposure to leadership, and the chance to shape how the finance function evolves as LemFi scales across multiple markets.
