Warehouse Supervisor UNAVAILABLE, UNAVAILABLE, SG Position Description At a Glance Legrand has an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Supervisor to join the Starline team in Tuas, Singapore. The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for all activity of the inventory management and acts as the expert for inventory accuracy inclusive of cycle counts and auditing, receiving processes, kitting creation and distribution and warehouse operations inclusive of the personnel who perform them. They must model high standards of conduct and lead by example according to Legrand's values. This position is responsible for ensuring that direct problem solving to mitigate inventory flow constraints through direct intervention is taken. The Supervisor will ensure that safety, quality, productivity and efficiency goals are met by closely monitoring operational metrics, identifying areas of improvement and taking appropriate action. Main Job Duties: · Promote and lead of all aspects of health, safety and risk management within production. Ensuring that Health and Safety rules and regulations are adhered to during the shift in line with Legrand's health and safety policies · Maintains stock accuracy and associated data, identifies stock discrepancies deriving root cause/corrective actions to address cause(s) · Responsible for proper utilization of Syteline/Dispatch/Esker and other company software in support of production. · Maintain high employee morale · Manage, develop and motivate direct and indirect reporting staff · Models high standards of
