IT SUPERVISOR FARWELL, MI As a member of the IT team, IT Supervisor will be responsible for direct technical support to others using computer equipment for office applications, including desktop configurations, performing hardware and software installation and maintenance of existing database software, spreadsheets, and other programs to best meet end user needs. Incumbents in this classification will use a hands-on approach to install and configure equipment and software, perform maintenance on the equipment, and troubleshoot problems to resolve hardware/software issues.
