Job Opportunity We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to join our development center in Brno ,Czechia or Tangier , Moroco focused on automotive connectors and fuse box development. This role plays a key leadership function in product development and implementation, ensuring successful delivery of projects into serial production while building strong relationships with internal teams and customers. Key Responsibilities Lead projects from development phase through to serial production Create and manage project plans (timing, budget, technical scope) Oversee execution of financial and technical targets Coordinate cross-functional teams and communicate with all stakeholders Act as the main point of contact for customers Prepare and deliver presentations to customers Lead project teams and regularly report project status to management Manage programs in line with Lear LPMP standards (APQP analogy) Requirements University degree in tech
