We are building a dedicated program team to support the delivery of multiple major new platforms for prestigious OEM customers. The programs focus on the delivery of automotive seating and interior systems (JIT, Trim and Foam), supporting new vehicle launches. In this role, you will lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, Manufacturing, Finance, Quality, Purchasing, and Sales, ensuring programs are executed using a consistent and standardised approach with clear stakeholder communication.
