As a team Member of Lear Corporation's Columbia City plant, our Production Operators are responsible for the assembly of high-quality seats while ensuring that safety standards are always followed. Work is performed in a clean, bright, temperature-controlled environment. Our Production Operators achieve certification according to a proven training process and actively participate in Lear's High-Performance Work Team model, geared to achieve plant performance goals and objectives. The Role: Your work will include, but not be limited to: Read, comprehend, and adhere to standard work instructions (SWIs). Adhere to 5S and “World Class Housekeeping” standards.
