Location: Spain, Czech Republic, Serbia, Poland About LFG: LFG is a proprietary, in‑house-developed Manufacturing Execution System. Its primary function is to interface with finished‑goods hardware to store and retrieve jobs from the Finished Goods Inventory (FGI) and dispatch them to customers in the required sequence. About the Role We are looking for an LFG Deployment Specialist to support the rollout and daily operation of Lear's Finished Goods (LFG) systems. This role connects manufacturing teams with IT, ensuring our digital solutions run smoothly across plants. Key Responsibilities • Deploy, upgrade, and support LFG systems in manufacturing sites. • Act as the main link between plant users and IT teams.
