From 2023 company I.G.Bauerhin GmbH (IGB automotive), global supplier of thermal comfort systems, continues to work as a part of Lear Corporation. We are working on 3 sites in Inđija, Lazarevac and Lajkovac. Position Overview Due to increasing automatization and new projects, we are looking for an Engineering and Launch Specialist to join our manufacturing plant in Indjija, producing seat heaters, steering wheel heaters, seat occupancy sensors, electronics and wire-harnesses. Key Duties and Responsibilities Proposing and defining training and retraining programs for operators and supervisors from a manufacturing process perspective Proposing corrective actions to improve production processes Monitoring production and implementing necessary measures to reduce non-conforming parts, increase productivity, and improve working conditions Verifying tools and machine programs prior to the start of serial production Participating in projects from the planning phase through serial production Communicating with R&D colleagues regarding tool and program development and modifications Active participation in tool design a
