Role summary We are seeking a Foreign Trade expert to lead our international treaties strategy. Your primary mission will be to ensure regulatory compliance for operations across Mexico, the USA, Honduras and Canada , optimizing duty payments and ensuring our components and finished products fully leverage the benefits of current trade agreements. Key responsibilities Regulatory Compliance: Ensure full adherence to international commercial treaties and trade agreements. Strategic Monitoring: Monitor changes in customs legislation and assess the business impact on financial and logistical operations. Cost Optimization: Maximize the use of preferential trade agreements to reduce duties through the solicitation, qualification, and analysis of Rules of Origin for components and products.
