Position Overview: We are currently seeking a Continuous Improvement Coordinator to lead, coordinate, and sustain all Continuous Improvement activities at the plant level. Reporting directly to the Plant Manager, the CI Coordinator plays a key role in promoting a performance‑driven culture by deploying Lean, Six Sigma, and Best Practices across operations, in alignment with Group standards and strategic objectives. Main Missions: Lead and coordinate Continuous Improvement activities at plant level in line with Group Operational Excellence standards, reporting to the Plant Manager. Manage and develop the CI team, ensuring clear objectives, competence development, and effective execution of CI initiatives.
