You will act as the connective tissue across engineering, design, and external partners; owning the problem space, driving clarity, and pushing execution from 0→1 and beyond. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Own end-to-end product development for core LayerZero infrastructure and API surfaces - vision, roadmap, requirements, and execution. - Partner closely with engineers; understand technical constraints, read code-level designs, and actively participate in architectural discussions. - Drive alignment across teams by overcommunicating vision, use cases, and decisions - tailoring communication to technical and non-technical audiences. - Maintain relentless clarity on user needs by continually engaging with developers, partners, and integrators; synthesize qualitative and quantitative insights. - Break down ambiguous problems, validate assumptions, and prevent premature solutioning; ensure the team is solving
