You will provide a range of specialized medical services for work-related injuries, examinations, exposures, and emergency care, disability management, and medical review of drug tests. This position will function as a part of an integrated health and safety team and be involved in medical surveillance and certification programs, prevention and control of work-related injuries, worksite visits, and population-based prevention and health improvement. This position is in the Health Services Department (HSD) within the Environment, Safety & Health (ES&H) Directorate. This position requires full-time on-site presence due to the nature of the work. You will Provide physician-level medical services, medically oversee work of other health care professionals and serve as a Medical Review Officer (MRO). Provide medical expertise in all areas of occupational medicine, including emergency medical care to Laboratory employees with a wide range of potential medical and surgical problems.
