You will perform manual labor in the clean-up, maintenance, repair, and construction of streets and grounds surrounding buildings and research structures. At the 805.2 level, you will also perform skilled laborer duties such as cement finishing and operating trucks, tractors, graders, bulldozers, backhoes, loaders, and other equipment used for hauling, excavating, and road maintenance. You may operate heavy equipment used in maintaining and building roads, fire trails, parking lots, and associated drainage. This position may require work at Site 300 in Tracy, California. This position requires full-time on-site presence due to the nature of the work. This position will be filled at either level based on knowledge and related experience as assessed by the hiring team.
