What You'll Do - IPO & Financial Reporting - Lead or support S-1 preparation, including drafting and reviewing financial statements, MD&A, and footnotes in line with SEC and U.S. GAAP requirements - Partner with FP&A, Legal, and Investor Relations to ensure financial reporting aligns with the overall S-1 story - Work closely with auditors, valuation specialists, and legal counsel to support filing and audit readiness - Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements preparation process in compliance with the U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements (10-K, 10-Q post-IPO) - Support non-GAAP reconciliations, key metrics reporting, and investor-facing disclosures - Technical Accounting & Policy Development - Prepare and maintain technical accounting memos to support audits and SEC review - Support SOX 404(a) readiness by improving documentation and strengthening key controls over financial reporting - Develop and update accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP - Process
