We care about creativity: our team includes musicians, designers, visual artists, and engineers. This job: We're hiring a Growth Marketer to own and scale Krea's top-of-funnel and lifecycle growth. This person will be directly responsible for ensuring our landing pages, SEO surfaces, and educational content are best-in-class-and continuously optimized for conversion. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys shipping, testing, and iterating quickly, and who has seen how strong growth foundations are built at mid-to-late stage startups. You will have clear ownership over SEO, email, content, and conversion optimization, with the freedom to experiment aggressively. Ideally, you're technical enough to implement changes yourself (or very close to the code), and opinionated about what good growth execution looks like.
