Our API support team handles inquiries from clients using our API to implement various projects, from mobile apps, to high frequency trading bots, to other exchanges sourcing our liquidity. You will work closely with our entire range of retail, VIP, and Institutional clients, answering API related questions and solving technical API issues, while providing the excellent customer experience our clients expect from Kraken. The Opportunity As an API specialist you will be the first point of contact when our clients need assistance with our REST, WebSocket, and FIX APIs. - Answer clients' API questions via text and live support channels (Zendesk/Email/Telegram/Zoom). - Assist colleagues with API inquiries and projects involving API use cases. - Diagnose and provide solutions for clients' API related issues. -
