About the role At Klaviyo, we're building the platform that helps businesses create and deliver personalized customer experiences at scale, powered by first-party data. We're looking for product designers to help shape that future. This role focuses on delivering polished, user-centered designs for a defined product area by improving usability, reducing friction, and helping customers move faster and make better decisions. Designers at Klaviyo actively use AI throughout their process, from exploring ideas and generating prototypes to refining and shipping high-quality experiences. You'll partner closely with product and engineering to understand problems, iterate on ideas, and deliver meaningful outcomes. This is a role where you'll grow your independence over time. We share work early, iterate often, and prioritize curiosity, collaboration, and craft.
