About this role
Manufacturing Process Engineer Kansas City, KS Manufacturing Process Engineers play a critical role in how products are produced safely, efficiently, and at scale in a manufacturing environment. In this role, you will work cross‑functionally to strengthen processes and build capability while driving results across safety, quality, service, cost, and sustainability. You will spend meaningful time on the production floor partnering with Operations and Maintenance teams to solve real manufacturing challenges. This position is based on‑site at a large‑scale manufacturing facility in Kansas City, Kansas. You will join a team focused on operational excellence, continuous improvement, and consistent daily performance. The work is hands‑on and highly impactful, including safety improvements, new product introductions from a process perspective, cost savings initiatives, and yield and loss reduction. You will collaborate closely with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, and Continuous Improvement teams across production shifts. This role is focused on delivering results through strong manufacturing execution, disciplined processes, and flexibility to support key operational needs.
