Maintenance Storeroom Supervisor Grand Rapids, MI As a Storeroom Supervisor at our Grand Rapids, MI plant, you'll play a critical role in ensuring maintenance and production teams have the right parts at the right time to keep our manufacturing operations running efficiently. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong planning skills with hands‑on execution in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. Your work will directly support plant reliability, cost control, and overall operational performance. You'll join a collaborative, safety‑focused plant team that values humility, learning, and shared accountability for results. Partnering closely with Maintenance, Operations, Engineering, QA/Food Safety, and Finance, you'll help drive continuous improvement across storeroom and inventory processes. This is an on‑site role based at our Grand Rapids manufacturing facility with daily visibility and impact on plant operations. A Taste of What You'll Be Doing Spare Parts & Inventory Management - Maintain an effective MRO spare parts and inventory system within budgetary constraints using SAP and related tools to support production continuity, reduce downtime, and improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE). Inventory Accuracy & Controls - Conduct physical inventories, identify obsolete or excess materials, resolve variances, and initiate corrective actions to ensure accurate inventory records and cost control.
