EHS Staff Takasaki EHS （環境安全衛生）スタッフ ポジション概要 業務概要 工場における環境・労働安全衛生の事故防止および水準維持向上に向けた活動の企画、推進 工場におけるＮＲＣ ( 天然資源保護 ) に関する施策立案、推進 工場における防火・防犯の維持管理、水準向上の施策立案、推進 勤務地 高崎工場 ＊原則オンサイトで現場に近い立場で業務遂行 所属するチームの概要 チームは 2 名程度 安全・環境・天然資源保護・防火・防犯と幅広い分野から、人と設備・施設を含めた工場の安定操業を担う部署 本ポジションの魅力 労災や事故の未然防止、作業環境改善などを通じて従業員が安全で健康に働ける職場づくりに直接貢献できる、社会的意義の高い仕事 安全・環境の関連法規各種に携わりながら、専門性の高い知識と実践的なスキルを習得できる。グローバルの安全基準にも触れ国際的な視点でＥＨＳを学べる 工場全体のＥＨＳを担うポジションとして全ての部署と 連携 しながら業務を推進することで、組織全体に影響を与える存在として活躍できる 主な職務 従業員および関係者へのＥＨＳ教育実施、関連法規の遵守管理および行政対応 事故・ヒヤリハットの調査、原因分析、および再発防止の策定 エネルギーおよび水の使用量の削減、食品廃棄物の排出量削減の施策、推進 上部組織（海外）へのＥＨＳ、ＮＲＣ活動の定期報告 従業員、施設および会社資産の保護を目的とした、防犯対策 ( 監視カメラ運用、警備体制など ) の企画、推進 必須スキルと経験 環境・労働安全衛生管理の実務経験、またはそれに準ずる知識 労働安全衛生法、環境関連法規等に関する基礎知識 事故やトラブルの原因分析、対策立案・改善実行の業務経験（論理的思考力および原因分析力） 大学卒、高専卒または同等の知識、技能を有するもの
