Job Summary We are seeking a Cybersecurity Instructional Designer to develop engaging, accurate, and accessible security awareness and compliance training content for both technical and non-technical audiences. This role combines instructional design, research, writing, and visual storytelling to turn complex cybersecurity and compliance topics into short, effective learning experiences. The ideal candidate will create story-driven microlearning content that improves learner understanding of security risks, compliance requirements, and secure behaviors across a range of audiences. Roles & Responsibilities - Design and develop cybersecurity, security awareness, and compliance training content for technical and non-technical audiences - Create story-driven microlearning modules ranging from 30 seconds to 5 minutes in length -
