Program Coord 25 Performance Dr, Bennington, VT 05201, USA Program Coord 25 Performance Dr, Bennington, VT 05201, USA Posted Wednesday, June 10, 2026 Function: Program Product Mgmt Sub-function: Program Coordinator Overview: Strong background in product management, adept at negotiation, and capable of leading cross-functional teams to meet value stream objectives, with excellent communication, marketing, and technical skills, and proficiency in MS Office. Key Responsibilities: Develops and executes negotiation and proposal plans and strategies for assigned projects in collaboration with value stream program manager Leads cross-functional project teams to identify execution roadblocks to ensure delivery of programmatic commitments Identifies issues, tracks progress, and ensures follows- through on corrective actions, DMRs and customer requests Organizes interdepartmental activities to ensure projects completion on schedule and within budget Prepares and presents project status reports to leadership as needed. Leads team in forecasting build plans, delivery plans and yearly value stream forecasts Reviews daily, weekly, and monthly customer commitments and works with operations managers and Production Control to track, schedule and drive production commitments through delivery Works with and attends customer meetings to support Program Manager with customer requests May be required to travel Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Possess exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
