This role plays a pivotal part in our Operations Department, directly contributing to our company Core Values (REACH). We are looking for individuals with a passion on what they do and a strong desire to make a positive impact. The ideal candidate will have a background in general assembly and general soldering experience. The Assembly Tech I will be working under the direction of the Group Leader, responsible for using a variety of assembly and manufacturing processes while also conducting in-process testing. Responsibilities Performs general assembly and Laser welding operations under direct supervision of the GL, including, but not limited to, printed wire board assembly, conformal coating, potting, ultrasonic cleaning, coil winding, evac & backfill, component forming, wire wrapping, and painting as required by program or process. Assist in conducting in-process testing, such as bench and leak testing. Works from blueprints, assembly drawings, routing sheets, mil specs, verbal instructions, written process descriptions and visual work instructions. Attain security clearance and maintain certifications as required by programs or process such as ESD, explosive handling, and general soldering (IPC J-STD-001). Capabilities shall include documenting and recording the results of completed testing and the rework of products. Assess the level of rework and assist in determining the cause of component,
