Role Roadmap We are seeking a detail-oriented and business-savvy Legal Associate (Market Contracts) to help design, draft, and safeguard the contracts that power our markets. You'll own the legal frameworks that govern trading on Kalshi, from rulebooks and market terms to clearing agreements and regulatory filings. In this role, you'll ensure every market contract is clear, compliant, and scalable. You'll partner across teams to translate regulatory requirements into practical agreements that let our markets expand quickly while maintaining full regulatory confidence.
